Engineering
Peak Performance.

We help athletes reach their full potential by making reflection and social motivation accessible, precise, and easy to repeat.

Training is only half the grind; understanding it is the key to mastery. DRVN exists to make intentional training sustainable by helping athletes reflect clearly, understand progress, and stay supported by people pursuing the same standard.

Who we are

Strategy

Howard

Marketing & Business

I'm currently a student at Cornell University (Go Big Red!) At DRVN, I focus on shaping the overall direction, marketing, and business, while staying closely involved in the product through user feedback and research. Outside of school and DRVN, I enjoy playing badminton, working out, and listening + singing to throwback songs from the 2010's (top ones gotta be Payphone, Ghost, and Die For You).

Design

Suebin

Research & Design

Studied BFA Advertising & Digital Design from Fashion Institute of Technology / Almost 3 years designing at PepsiCo: manufacturing tools, DTC admin systems, and some fun stuff like Gatorade. Outside of work, I'm super into badminton (not as Howard though). DRVN actually started while I was recovering from an 8 month foot injury. I couldn't play, so I designed instead. DRVN ended up being one of my favorite projects! When I work with product design, I'm a huge overthinker (maybe in a good way). I don't just design screens, but design how the whole thing works, digging into the 5Ws and the psychology behind it. I also like to organize scattered ideas from teammates and turn them into a clear direction.

Vicky

Research & Design

Hi I'm Vicky! I'm a recent 2026 BA graduate from Cornell with a major in Information Science, specifically studied UX and Data Science. At DRVN, I mainly help shape the overall direction of the product through research and design. Previously, worked at various pre-seed/seed startups spanning entertainment, education, and enterprise tech. I love exploring opportunities to push boundaries with tech; currently deep in the healthcare space! Outside of work, I'm a hobbyist who recently picked up golf and snowboarding. Have always been loyal to badminton which was why I was super excited to help out on this project!

Engineering

Kaicheng

Software Developer

Hi! I'm currently studying computer science at University of Michigan (Go Blue!) My role at DRVN is to simply make our visions a reality. I believe training is only half the grind, taking time to understand what happened is the other half. In addition to badminton and SWE, I'm interested in robotics, computer vision, and algorithms. Of course, I will never say no to espresso and skewers.

Ryan

Software Developer

I'm currently a freshman at Cornell University studying Computer Science, and I take part in the Cornell AppDev project team, a group that is dedicated to making apps specifically for Cornell students. At DRVN, I work on developing and maintaining the app, making sure that our product goals are fully realized. Whenever I'm not busy with work, I enjoy spending time playing chess, going to the gym, and playing badminton!
